One Leady. Your growth partner across every location.

First, close the leak at every location: the calls your front desks cannot get to are answered and booked into the right chair. Then fill chairs group-wide and add new patients, as each piece ships. One contract, one BAA, and a rollout we plan with you.

  • Close the leak · answer and book
  • Fill chairs · recall, short-notice fillComing
  • Add new patients · speed to leadComing

We are onboarding single practices first. Tell us about your group and we will plan it with you.

The DSO licenseComing

What a DSO gets, and what is still being built.

The DSO license is not on sale yet. What each clinic needs to answer and book is here today; what makes Leady a growth partner for a group (one admin, one dashboard, a shared outbound pool for recall, fill and speed to lead) is being built.

There is no DSO price on this page. Pricing at this scale depends on locations, rollout and outbound volume, and it is written into the contract.

Group dashboardComing

Group utilization, on one dashboard.

This is what a group operator will see every week: which chairs sat empty, which phones leaked and where the after-hours demand is, location by location.

Talk to sales
  • Where chairs sit empty

Utilization by location, booked against open, so the gap is visible before the week is lost.

  • Where the phones leak

Answered, held and booked calls per location, and the after-hours demand each one gets.

  • Which location needs help

Locations ranked by utilization, week on week, so support goes where the chairs are emptiest.

How we would plan it

A rollout written with you, not a switch flipped for you.

This is the plan we would propose, shown as an example. Every stage starts only when the one before it is live and your team is happy with it.

  1. Discovery

Your locations, the systems each runs, how your phones are routed, and your security questionnaire.

  2. Pilot location

One clinic: onboarding and its Digital Twin on a one-hour online call, test calls, then go-live under the BAA.

  3. First wave

The next group of Open Dental locations, each with its own twin and its own go-live check.

  4. The rest

Location by location, at the pace your operations team sets. Live sites are never touched.

One standard, local detail

The same rules at every clinic. The local detail stays local.

Your organization sets the standard. Each location keeps the facts only it knows: its chairs, its providers, who is on call tonight.

  • The floor is the same everywhere

No clinical advice, no prices beyond the approved list, no balances. Every location carries these three refusals and cannot remove them.

  • Standardize, or let a clinic keep its ways

Booking mode, protocol and added refusals are set per location. A newly joined practice can keep its own settings while it settles in.

  • Open Dental locations first

Leady books into Open Dental. Locations on other systems join the waitlist and we plan them with you when their system opens.

  • BAA before anything

No call is answered and no practice data is touched before a BAA is signed.

  • United States region

Call data stays in a US region.

  • Breach notice in 10 days

First notice to the practice within 10 calendar days of discovery, under our BAA.

  • Audio off by default

In every state, until counsel clears that state. Transcripts in the portal.

  • Less data by design

We never read clinical notes, imaging, ledgers or payroll.

  • SOC 2: not yet

We are mapping our controls now and plan the audit after our first practices go live.

See all questions

Can we start with one location?

Yes, and we recommend it. A pilot location goes live first, then the next wave. Locations already running are never touched when another joins.

Is there one agreement for the whole organization?

The DSO license is coming. It will be a contract with a six-month minimum, with one standard agreement and one standard BAA. No location answers a call before a BAA covers it.

Do you have the group dashboard, a master admin and SSO today?

Not yet. They are coming, with recall, short-notice fill and speed to lead. Today each location has its own approvals queue, call log and settings.

Why is there no price on this page?

Because it depends on your locations, your rollout and your outbound volume. The DSO license is Enterprise pricing, set in the contract.

Do you have a SOC 2 report?

Not yet. We are mapping our controls now and plan the audit after our first practices go live. We will answer your security questionnaire with that in it.
