Voice agent.Answers when your front desk can't.
After hours, on a busy line, or after the rings you set, Leady answers in your practice's name. It knows your hours, your parking and the plans you take, offers the chair, and knows exactly where it stops.
A staged busy-line call at a sample practice: Leady greets the caller as an automated assistant, answers a parking question, offers a hygiene opening, listens when the caller interrupts to ask for a morning, and offers Tuesday at 10:40 AM, held for the front desk to confirm.

On your terms, on your line.
You decide when Leady picks up. Everything else rings exactly where it rings today.
A drawing of the "When Leady answers" settings at a sample practice: after hours on, busy hours Monday to Friday 12:00 to 1:30 PM on, and after 4 rings on. The rings count up to four, then Leady answers.
You forward your own line, and you can switch forwarding off yourself at any time.
After hours
Evenings, weekends and the holidays you list. The patient who calls at 7:40 PM with a chipped tooth reaches your practice, not a voicemail box.
Busy hours you define
Lunch, the morning rush, the hour your front desk is checking patients out. You set the window, and Leady covers the line inside it.
After the rings you choose
Pick 3, 4, 5 or 6 rings. If nobody at the desk can get to it by then, Leady answers instead of letting it ring out.
It sounds like your practice, because you wrote it.
Before the first real call, we build your Digital Twin with you: who the agent is, what it knows, and what it says first.
Your name and persona
The caller hears your practice's name, the agent name you pick, and the tone you set. Your team can change it later in the portal, alone or with our support.
Honest from the first sentence
Leady is built to open every call by telling the caller they are speaking with an automated assistant and that the call is transcribed. The exact wording is set with counsel.
Knows your practice
Hours, address, parking, services and common questions. It names your in-network plans exactly as your team typed them, and never says what a specific patient's plan covers.

Sample practice. Demo data.Natural on the line. Precise with the details.
Callers talk over it, change their minds and read their number too fast. It keeps up, and it gets the details right.
A staged call at a sample practice, showing what is on screen next to what Leady says aloud: the phone number read back digit by digit, the appointment time said in words, the suite number, and a short line while it checks the schedule.
Staged call · sample practice · demo dataHandles interruptions
When a caller cuts in, Leady stops, listens and picks up from what they said, the way a good front desk does.
Reads dates, times and numbers back
Phone numbers, appointment times, dates and addresses are read back clearly, so a caller can catch a mistake before it reaches your schedule.
No dead air while it checks
While it looks up your schedule, it keeps the caller company with a short line instead of silence.
Three refusals, on every license.
You can add refusals of your own in your Digital Twin. Nobody can remove these three.
No clinical advice
It is not a clinician. It asks about urgency and follows your protocol, and it never diagnoses or tells a caller what to take.
No quotes beyond your price list
It can state the practice-approved price list if you choose. It never says what a specific patient's plan will cover.
No balances
Account and balance questions go to your team as a callback task, with the transcript attached.
A staged call at a sample practice with three refusals: asked about antibiotics, Leady gives no medical advice and offers a booking or a callback; asked the price of a crown, it offers a callback; asked about a balance, it leaves the office a callback task.

Our beta practices test each of these first. We add a capability to this page as live only once it is working for a practice.

Questions about the voice agent
See all questionsWill callers know it's automated?
Yes. Leady is built to open every call by telling the caller they are speaking with an automated assistant and that the call is transcribed. The exact wording is set with counsel.
Can it answer only after hours?
Yes. You choose after hours, busy hours you define, after 3 to 6 rings, or any mix of them. You forward your own line and can switch it off yourself.
What does it say about insurance?
It names the in-network plans exactly as your team typed them. It never says what a specific patient's plan covers.
What if a caller has an emergency?
It listens for what your protocol calls urgent and routes the call to your on-call dentist, from the roster you keep. It gives no clinical advice.
Does it record calls?
Calls are transcribed, and transcripts are in your portal. Audio recording is off by default in every state until counsel clears that state.
Which languages does it speak?
