How Leady works with your practice.
Leady is the dental practice's AI partner. It answers the calls your front desk cannot get to, books the chair in your practice management system, and hands the decision back to your team. The product is the same at every location. What changes is how we set it up with you.
Start from your practice, your role or your system.
Pick the door that sounds like you. Each one ends in the same place: a staged call on your own schedule.

What runs your schedule
The calls that ring while your team is busy.
Leady answers when you tell it to: after hours, in busy hours you define, or after three to six rings. Here is where each kind of call ends up.
New patient booking
Takes the caller's name, mobile and reason, and holds a new-patient opening your rules allow. The record is created as a prospective patient.
Ends asHeld for approvalReturning patient
Holds the time your rules allow with the name and number the caller gives. Your front desk matches the record when it confirms.
Ends asHeld for approvalDental emergency
Asks about urgency, follows your protocol and routes the call to the on-call dentist on your roster.
Ends asEscalatedAfter-hours toothache
When the office is closed, it holds the earliest suitable slot for the next working day, and reaches the on-call dentist if your protocol says so.
Ends asHeld · first slotInsurance plan question
Names the plans you are in network with, exactly as you typed them. It never says what a patient's own plan covers; your team checks benefits.
Ends asAnswered · messageDirections and hours
Gives your address, parking, hours and services from your Digital Twin, then offers a time.
Ends asAnsweredBilling question
Does not discuss balances. In the hours you set it transfers the caller to your team; if nobody answers, it leaves a callback task.

New patient, lunch hour
The front desk is at lunch and the line rolls over after four rings.
Built for the way a dental office already runs.
You keep your phone number, your system and your front desk. Leady changes only what you choose.
Books the chair, your way
Hold for front-desk approval is the default: a real appointment in the chosen chair, marked as waiting.
Set up by a person
Your Digital Twin holds your hours, chairs, provider rules, on-call roster and refusals. We build it with you on a one-hour online call and run test calls before go-live.
Less data by design
Leady reads what booking needs and nothing else: no clinical notes, imaging or ledgers.
The same rules at every size of practice.
BAA first
No call is answered and no practice data is touched before a BAA is signed.
United States region
Call data stays in a US region.
Audio off by default
Transcripts only, until counsel clears your state.
No voice prints
Never, on any license.
SOC 2: not yet
We are mapping our controls now and plan the audit after our first practices go live.
Questions about Leady's solutions
See all questionsWhat does my front desk still do?
Everything it does now, with fewer interruptions. Leady answers the calls your team cannot get to, when you tell it to, and hands every decision back. Your front desk approves held appointments, takes transferred calls and returns callbacks.
Which practice management systems does it work with?
Open Dental, where it reads your schedule and books the chair. Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Curve Dental, Denticon, CareStack and others are on the waitlist.
What will it never say to a patient?
No clinical advice, no prices beyond your approved price list, nothing about what a patient's plan covers, and no balances. Your practice can add refusals, not remove them.
Does the caller know it is automated?
Yes. At the start of the call, the caller hears that they are speaking to an automated assistant and that the call is transcribed. The exact wording is set with counsel.
