Say what is true
A feature that is not live carries a Coming tag. We show no number we cannot source, and no story or logo we do not have. This page lists no openings because none are open.

The front desk decides
Hold for front-desk approval is the default. A hold is a real appointment, marked as waiting, and your team confirms or declines it.

Depth in one system
Open Dental first, done properly: the chair, the note, the communication log, the Unscheduled List. Other systems join as each is built to the same depth.

Less data by design
We never read clinical notes, imaging, ledgers or payroll. Recording is off by default. No voice prints, ever.

Your Digital Twin is built with you on a one-hour online call, then tested with calls before your line ever forwards to Leady.

Onboarding specialist, Digital Twin
What you would do- Run the one-hour online onboarding call where a practice's Digital Twin is built.
- Write its files with the practice: hours, operatories, new-patient flow, on-call roster.
- Run the test calls before go-live, and keep each twin's changelog honest.
