Every service you use is billed at half the list price for 24 months, starting at go-live. Billing never starts before your line is live, and the details are set out in your agreement.
What does the 50% apply to?
Every service you use during your beta term: your license, and any product we add later that you switch on.
Is there an onboarding fee?
No. Beta practices never pay an onboarding fee. Your Digital Twin is built with you on a one-hour online call at no charge.
When does the beta term start?
At go-live, not at signature. Before go-live there are test calls only, and no call is answered before your BAA is signed.
How many practices can join?
A limited number. We onboard beta practices by hand, in small cohorts, so seats are few and applications are read by a person.
