Terms
- There is no free trial: onboarding is work we do with you, after your BAA is signed.
- Onboarding runs in small cohorts. The beta cohort has 10 practice places.
The things you would find out later anyway
- What counts as a location?
- One practice address, with its own phone number and its own schedule. Two addresses are two licences, and the price per location does not fall as you add them. We would rather put that here than let you find it in a quote.
- When does billing start, and what is a trial?
- There is no trial. Your term and your first invoice start at signature, not at your first call: onboarding is real work we do with you in between, and it is the part that makes the calls worth answering. On monthly, the first month and the one-time onboarding fee are invoiced together at signature.
- And if we are the ones who end it?
- Then the arithmetic runs in your favour, not ours. We refund the unused part of an annual term by the days you paid for, at the price you paid — not at the monthly rate, which would quietly take back the two months you bought by paying for the year. Credits you have not used come back at the price you paid for them. A monthly refund reaches you within ten business days, the same number as the annual one. And the card fee we were charged on the way in, we hand back too: we keep it when you cancel, because it is genuinely gone, and we do not keep it when the decision was ours.
- What if it is not working out?
- On monthly, the onboarding fee comes back if you cancel by the end of your second billing month. On annual, you are charged for the months you have used, including the one you are in, and the rest is refunded — cancel four months in and you have paid for five, not for twelve. From the tenth billing month there is nothing left to refund.
- What happens the day after we stop?
- Calls stop being answered on your termination date and you switch your forwarding back. The thirty days after that are for getting your data out, not for service — we would rather that be clear now than discovered by a patient calling a number nobody answers.
- Can you drop us because we are too busy?
- No. We can end an agreement with thirty days’ notice, and immediately for cause, as your agreement defines it — but call volume is never a ground for it. Inbound is unlimited, and a plan that punishes a practice for growing is not one we would want to defend.
- How do we pay?
- Annual is by bank transfer. Beta places can pay by bank transfer or card; a card adds a 3% surcharge, shown as its own line on the invoice rather than folded into the total.
- What happens to a beta place at renewal?
- The beta cohort is 10 practices, prepaid for 12 months, and it renews at the list annual price. That number is on the agreement you sign, at the start — a renewal price nobody mentioned until the renewal is how this category earned its reputation.
The price is the same whichever plan you pick. The demo tells you whether it fits.
