Know what your phone did while you were chairside.
You are in the operatory with a patient while the phone rings out front. Leady answers the calls your team cannot get to, books them into Open Dental the way you decided, and keeps a record of every call it took. You see what happened without asking anyone.
The risks come first. So do the answers.
Most owners are not asking what Leady could win them. They are asking what it could cost them. Each answer below is a mechanism you can check, not a promise.
Will it embarrass me?
It follows the protocol you write with us before a single call: what it may book, what it may offer, what it must refuse, and who it hands the call to. Leady is built so every caller hears that they are speaking to an automated assistant. You hear test calls before any patient does.
Digital TwinTest calls before go-liveWill it break my schedule?
Nothing is confirmed until your team approves it; that is the default. A hold is a real appointment in the chosen operatory, marked as waiting, with a note. Declined, it moves to the Unscheduled List. And the same chair cannot be booked twice: our database refuses the second write.
Hold for approvalChair-level lockWill it get me into trouble?
No call is answered and no practice data is touched before your BAA is signed. Leady gives no clinical advice, quotes nothing beyond your approved price list, and never discusses balances. Nobody at Leady listens to your call audio.
BAA firstThree refusals
Your notes, spoken, approved, in the chart.
Speak during or after treatment, in a quiet moment, on your phone or tablet. Leady drafts the clinical note in your practice's own format. You review, edit and approve it, and Leady writes the dentist-approved note directly into the patient's chart. Nothing is written without the dentist's approval.
Time back at the end of the day
Notes get done between patients, so less of your charting waits until the last patient has gone.
Notes while the details are fresh
The tooth, the surface and the shade, said minutes after the visit instead of rebuilt from memory in the evening.
Nothing written without you
A draft is not part of the record. Leady writes only the note you approve into the patient's chart, with the same privacy rules as every call.
Every call it took, and what came of it.
Open the call log on your phone between patients or at your desk at the end of the day. Each call has a time, an outcome and a transcript. Only your practice's signed-in staff can open them.
Call log
Every call Leady answered: the time, the caller's reason, what happened (held, confirmed, transferred or a message) and the transcript.
Approvals at a glance
How many holds are waiting for your front desk and which are done, without walking out to the front between patients.
On-call calls, flagged
When a caller describes something urgent after hours, the call goes to your on-call dentist and shows up in the log with that label.
One page before your first patient.
The morning brief is being built now. It will show what happened on your phones since you left, in your practice's own numbers and never an industry average.
Held and booked overnight
What came in while you were closed, and what is still waiting for your front desk.
Calls outside your hours
How many there were and when, shown as counts and times.
What it earned, labelled
Computed only from calls Leady handled and the fee values you type in, and marked as an estimate every time.
Start where it makes sense for your practice.
One license per clinic. One BAA covers every license, so moving between them needs no new agreement.

Call our own agent and ask it anything about the product: how a hold works, what it refuses, what it writes into Open Dental. It opens the way it would open for your patients, with the same automated-assistant notice.
Questions about Leady for owner dentists
See all questionsDoes my front desk have to work differently?
Not much. Your team keeps confirming bookings, now from one queue in the portal, and Open Dental stays your schedule. Leady answers only when you told it to: after hours, during busy hours you define, or after the number of rings you choose.
Can I switch it off?
Yes. Your practice forwards its own line to Leady, and you can switch forwarding off yourself at any time. Calls go straight back to your phones.
What happens in a dental emergency?
The agent is not a clinician and gives no clinical advice. It asks about urgency and routes the call to your on-call dentist, following the roster you set.
Will it quote fees or talk about insurance?
Only what you approve: your price list, and the names of the insurers you work with, exactly as you typed them. Never what a specific patient's plan covers, and never a balance.
Which practice management systems do you work with?
Open Dental is integrated. If you run Dentrix, Eaglesoft or something else, join the waitlist and tell us which one.
Are you live with practices yet?
Not yet. We are onboarding our first practices now, and we will tell you on the demo call exactly where that stands.
