Did an automated assistant answer your dentist’s phone?

Your dentist’s office uses Leady to answer the calls its front desk cannot get to. The assistant you spoke to works on the practice’s behalf, and it says it is automated at the start of the call.

If it booked you an appointment, the practice either has it on its schedule already or reviews it first, depending on how the practice set it up. If anything needs to change, the practice is the one to talk to.

Leady answers calls; it does not make them, and it does not send text messages. We do not sell your number.

To see, correct or delete what you told the assistant, contact the practice — they own the record, not us.
