Group practices · 2 to 10 locations

Every location keeps its own way of working.

A group is not one big practice. Each location has its own chairs, its own providers, its own front desk and its own habits. Leady treats each one as its own practice: its own schedule, protocol and license, set up one location at a time.

Per location

Two locations, two sets of rules, one product.

The chair a new patient goes to, who is on call tonight, whether holds need approval: each location answers those for itself.

  • Its own schedule and chairs

Leady reads each location's operatories, providers and appointment types from Open Dental, and books only the chairs you switched on there.

  • Its own protocol

Each location gets its own Digital Twin: hours, greeting, new-patient flow, on-call roster, and any refusals it adds to the three every license carries.

  • Its own license and settings

Licensing is per clinic. Each location has its own number, forwarding windows and booking mode, and nothing is answered there before a BAA covers it.

Per-clinic pricing

Every location costs the same.

Base is $599 per clinic a month, with unlimited inbound calls. There is no group premium and no per-patient charge. Add a location and you add one license.

What is coming for groups

Group tools are on the way. We will not pretend they are here.

Group utilization reports and per-location routing are being built. Until they ship, you run Leady location by location, and we tell you when each piece is ready.

  • Coming

    Group utilization reports

A utilization dashboard across every location: calls, holds, transfers and callbacks in one view, so you can compare a Monday at one site with a Monday at another.

  • Coming

    Per-location routing

One group number that sends each caller to the right location's schedule, greeting and team.

  • Available now

Today: one location at a time

Each location is set up, reviewed and approved on its own, with its own portal queue. That is how your first two sites would run now.

  1. Pick the first location

Usually the one where the phone rings most while the front desk is busy.

  2. Build its Digital Twin

A one-hour online call, then test calls before any patient hears it.

  3. Add the next one

When you are ready. The locations already running are not touched.

See all questions

Can we roll Leady out one location at a time?

Yes. Licensing is per clinic, so you start with one location and add the next when you are ready, without touching the ones already running.

Do all our locations have to work the same way?

No. Booking mode, forwarding windows, on-call roster and protocol are set per location. One site can hold for approval while another books directly.

Can we see every location in one place?

Not yet. Group utilization reports and a dashboard across every location are coming. Today each location has its own approvals queue, call log and settings.

Do more locations cost less per location?

No. Every location costs the same, whether you run two or ten. The yearly license gives 2 months free and waives the onboarding fee.

What if one location runs a different practice management system?

That location can join the waitlist. Leady books into Open Dental, so each Open Dental location can go live on its own.
