Call logEach answered call, and what came of it.
Each call Leady answers lands in your portal with its transcript and its outcome: booked, held, message or transferred. Search it, filter it, and see exactly what your patients were told.
Sample practice. Demo data. Staged calls, no real patients.
You should never have to wonder what was said to your patient.
When a patient arrives and says "I called last night", your front desk can open that call and read it. The call log is where trust in Leady is earned: nothing happens on your phones that your team cannot see afterwards.
The conversation and the result, side by side.
The call log is in the portal today. Each answered call keeps its transcript and a clear outcome.
A transcript for each call
Read the whole conversation, line by line with timestamps, without asking anyone what was said.
The outcome, in one word
Booked, held, message or transferred, with the chair, provider and time when there is one.
How it reached Leady
After hours, on a busy line, or after the rings you set, so you can see when your phones need cover.
Find a call by who called and why.
Your front desk finds a call in seconds, without scrolling back through the day.
Search the log
Find a call by name, phone number or the reason for the call. "Chipped tooth" finds the call it was about.
Filter by outcome
Show only bookings, the calls that need your team, or the ones that did not go through, when your front desk catches up after a busy morning.
Reasons and summariesComing
Each call sorted by why the person called, with a short automatic summary on top, so you can scan a day in a minute.
Your records, opened by your practice.
The call log follows the same rules as everything else in Leady: less data by design, and access only where it is needed.
Behind your practice’s sign-in
Calls open only in your practice’s portal, after sign-in. Notifications by email never carry patient data. Separate permissions for each role are coming.
Audio off by default
Audio playback is coming, and it stays off in every state until counsel has cleared that state’s consent rules. When on, it has retention with auto-delete and an access log.
Kept in the United States
Call data stays in a United States region, and nobody at Leady listens to your calls. No call is answered before a BAA is signed.
Questions about the call log
See all questionsIs the call log available today?
Yes. Transcripts and outcomes for each answered call are in the portal. Call-reason categories, automatic summaries and audio playback are coming.
Can I listen to the call?
Not yet. Audio recording is off by default in every state, and it is switched on in a state only after counsel clears its consent rules. When it is on, recordings are deleted automatically after the retention you set, and every playback is logged.
Does anyone at Leady read or listen to our calls?
Nobody at Leady ever listens to call audio. Only your practice’s staff play it, once audio is available in your state.
Who in my practice can open calls?
The people you give a portal sign-in to. Separate permissions for the owner dentist, office manager and front desk are coming. Email notifications carry no patient data.
Where are transcripts stored?
In a United States region. No call is answered, and no practice data is touched, before a BAA is signed.
Is the call written into Open Dental too?
On licenses that book, each call adds a communication log entry to Open Dental, alongside any appointment, and a task when you want one.
