Meet Leady. The dental practice's AI partner.
Leady answers the calls your front desk can't get to, in your practice's name. It books the chair in your PMS, holds it for your team to confirm, and hands everything else to a person, with the transcript.
A staged after-hours call at a sample practice: the caller chipped a tooth, Leady offers Dr. Reyes at 8:20 tomorrow, holds Op 2 in the schedule, and the front desk confirms it at 8:02.
Staged call · sample practice · demo dataOne partner, four jobs at your practice.
Answer and Schedule work with your PMS today, with Open Dental integrated. Grow, insurance verification, Leady Note and parts of Insight are on the way, and our beta practices test each one first.
Answer
Picks up the calls your front desk can't reach, and knows when a person should take over.
Schedule
Turns a phone call into a real appointment in the right chair, with your team still saying yes.
Grow
ComingReaches the patients already on your lists, so empty chairs get a second chance.
Insight
Shows you what the phone did while you were chairside, and what came of it.
How a call becomes a booking.
Four steps, and your team keeps the last word on each one. Nothing about your practice changes until you forward your line.
A call comes in
Your line forwards to Leady only when you choose: after hours, during the busy hours you define, or after 3 to 6 rings. You set the forwarding on your own line, and you can switch it off yourself.
Leady answers in your practice's name
The caller hears your practice's name, and hears that they are speaking with an automated assistant and that the call is transcribed. Then it gets on with why they called.
It holds the chair in your PMS
Leady checks your schedule chair by chair and offers a time your rules allow. The hold is a real appointment in the chosen operatory, marked as waiting, with a note and a communication log entry.
Your front desk confirms
One tap confirms it. Decline it, and the appointment moves to the Unscheduled List, so nothing is deleted. If you would rather skip this step, choose Book directly at onboarding.
Everything the phone did, on the screens you already use.
The front-desk computer, the office tablet, the dentist's phone. The portal runs in the browser, and only the staff your practice signs in can open a call.
Approvals queue
Every held booking, with the caller's reason and the transcript beside it. Confirm or decline in one tap.
Call log with transcripts
Each call Leady answered, what was said, and what came of it: held, transferred, routed or a message.
Messages and callbacks
Callers who need a person land here as tasks. Email alerts tell you something is waiting and carry no patient data.
Built for dental, not bolted on.
Leady speaks the language of your schedule: operatories, providers, appointment types, blockouts. That is why it can book into your day instead of around it.
- A general phone tool sees: A free slot at 8:20Leady works with: Op 2 at 8:20 with Dr. A. Reyes, the right length for the visit, outside the hygiene blockout
- A general phone tool sees: A callerLeady works with: An existing patient, or a prospective patient added to your PMS only when needed
- A general phone tool sees: Cancel the bookingLeady works with: Decline the hold and it moves to the Unscheduled List. Nothing is deleted
- A general phone tool sees: Take a messageLeady works with: Tonight's on-call dentist, then the backup, from the roster you keep
- A general phone tool sees: Its own scriptLeady works with: Your Digital Twin: your refusals, your protocol, your plan names exactly as typed
Operatories and providers
It books at the grain your PMS uses: the chair. Our booking engine refuses a second write to the same chair and time, enforced in our database rather than in application code.
The Unscheduled List
A declined hold is moved off the schedule to the Unscheduled List, where your team already looks. Nothing is deleted, and your team decides what happens next.
The on-call roster
Urgent calls follow the roster you keep: who is on call tonight, who is the backup, and who to try at what hour.
It knows where it stops.
Three refusals come with every license. Your practice can add its own; nobody can remove these.
No clinical advice
A caller asking about a symptom is offered the next step your protocol sets, never a diagnosis. No price quotes beyond your list
Only the price list you approve. Never what a specific patient's plan covers. No balances
Account and balance questions go to your team, as a callback task.Honest from the first sentence
Callers hear that they are speaking with an automated assistant and that the call is transcribed.
- No call answered before a BAA is signed
- Call data stays in a United States region
- Audio recording off by default
Priced per clinic. Start where you are.
One BAA covers every license, and emergency routing and the three refusals are on all of them. Compare everything on the pricing page.

Questions about Leady
See all questionsIs Leady meant to take over from my front desk?
No. It takes the calls your team can't get to and gives every decision back to them. With Hold for front-desk approval, the default, nothing is final until someone at your practice confirms it.
Which practice management systems does it work with?
Open Dental today, integrated. On Dentrix, Eaglesoft or another system, join the waitlist and we will tell you when yours is ready.
Will patients know they're talking to an automated assistant?
Yes. Leady is built to start every call by telling the caller they are speaking with an automated assistant and that the call is transcribed. The exact wording is set with counsel.
Can it double-book a chair?
No. Our booking engine refuses a second write to the same chair at the same time, and that rule is enforced in our database, not in application code.
What happens before the first real call?
You sign a BAA; no call is answered and no practice data is touched before that. Then we build your Digital Twin with you on a one-hour online call and run test calls before go-live.
Which languages does it speak?
English today. We add each language only once it has been tested.
