Recall and reactivationYour recall list, called for you.

Leady will call the patients who are due, the appointments still unconfirmed and the ones who did not show, then book them into Open Dental the way your inbound calls already book.

Coming. Sample campaign. Demo data, no real patients.

Your team knows who is due. They rarely get an hour to call them.

Recall calls are the first job to slip when the phones are busy. Leady will work through the list during the hours you allow, with the same Digital Twin, refusals and booking rules as your inbound calls. Beta practices test it first, and we open it only after counsel clears each kind of call.

Who it calls

Three lists your front desk never reaches the bottom of.

You choose which campaigns run and when. Each one reads its list from Open Dental, so nobody exports a spreadsheet.

Patients due for recall

Leady reads who is due and overdue from the recall list in Open Dental, calls them in the order you choose, and offers a time in the right hygiene chair.

Unconfirmed appointments

For appointments still marked unconfirmed, it calls to confirm. If the patient needs a different time, it offers one your rules allow.

No-show recovery

After a missed appointment, it calls to offer a new time, so the patient is back on the schedule before the gap is forgotten.

How it books

It books the way your inbound calls already book.

Outbound calls use the booking mode, chairs and protocol you already set for inbound. Nothing new to learn at the front desk.

Your booking mode

With "Hold for front-desk approval", the default, the time waits in Open Dental, marked, until your team confirms it. With "Book directly", it is confirmed on the call.

The right chair, never twice

Times are offered chair by chair from your real schedule. Our booking engine refuses a second booking in the same chair at the same time.

Every attempt on the record

Each call lands in the portal with its transcript and outcome, and a communication log entry in Open Dental, so your front desk sees what was said.

Safeguards

Calls at hours your patients would expect.

Every outbound campaign runs inside rules set with you at onboarding and kept in your Digital Twin. The rules apply before any number is dialed.

Do-not-call and consent records

A number on the do-not-call list is skipped. Each campaign keeps a record of why a patient may be called, and a patient who asks not to be called again is not called again.

Quiet hours, time zones, calling windows

You set the days and hours. Leady applies them in the patient’s own time zone and never calls during quiet hours, so a patient who moved away is not woken up.

Attempt limits and machine detection

You set how many times a patient is tried and how far apart. When a machine answers, the call ends and no connected minutes are counted.

How outbound is paidComing

Outbound is paid in prepaid minutes.

Outbound calling comes with the Pro and DSO licenses and runs on prepaid credits. You buy minutes in advance and spend them down. Only connected talk minutes are deducted: a call nobody answers, or one that reaches a machine and hangs up, costs nothing.

Is recall calling available today?

Not yet. It is coming, and beta practices test it first. We open each kind of outbound call only after counsel has reviewed it. Join the waitlist and we will tell you when it opens for your state.

Which patients will it call?

Only the lists you switch on: patients due or overdue on your Open Dental recall list, unconfirmed appointments, and missed appointments. Numbers on the do-not-call list are skipped.

Will it book without my front desk?

Only if you choose "Book directly", which needs written acceptance. The default is "Hold for front-desk approval": the time waits in Open Dental until your team confirms it.

What does it say when it calls?

It says it is the automated assistant calling for your practice, follows the protocol you wrote with us, and keeps the same refusals: no clinical advice, no quotes beyond your approved price list, no balances.

How is outbound paid?

With the Pro or DSO license and prepaid credits, valid for 12 months and bought on an annual term. Only connected talk minutes are deducted.

Does it work with Dentrix or Eaglesoft?

Open Dental is the integrated system today. For Dentrix, Eaglesoft and others, join the waitlist for yours.
