Does anything reach the chart without me?
No. Nothing is written without the dentist’s approval. Leady drafts the note; you review, edit and approve it, and Leady writes the dentist-approved note directly into the patient’s chart in your PMS. A draft you discard is never written.
Will Leady add a diagnosis or a treatment plan?
No. The draft organizes what you said, in your format. It does not add findings, diagnoses or treatment decisions, and Leady never gives clinical advice, here or on the phone.
When do I speak the note?
After treatment, in a quiet moment: between patients or at the end of the day, on your phone or a tablet. It is built for your own dictation, not for recording the visit.
Which PMS does it write to?
Open Dental is integrated today. Dentrix, Eaglesoft and other systems are on the waitlist, and Leady Note will write to each one only once it has been tested there.
How is my voice handled?
The same way as calls: a BAA is signed before any data is touched, data stays in a United States region, and Leady never creates voice prints.
