Insurance verificationChecked before the visit.
On the call, Leady captures the caller’s insurance details. Before the visit, eligibility is checked, and the result is waiting for your front desk in the portal. Leady never tells a caller what their plan covers.
- For your staff, before the visit
- Never quotes coverage
Coming. Staged call, sample practice, demo data. No real patient or plan.

Captured once, read back, spelled right.
Your front desk no longer chases a member ID on the morning of the visit. Leady asks for it on the call, the way your protocol says, and checks it with the caller.
Asked at the right moment
When a caller books, Leady asks for the insurance details your protocol lists, for new patients and for anyone whose plan has changed.
Read back to confirm
Member IDs and names are read back character by character, so a transposed digit is caught on the call, not at the desk.
Your in-network list, as you typed it
Leady can say which plans your practice is in network with, exactly as you wrote them. Whether a plan covers a treatment is never its call.
The answer is waiting before the patient is.
The morning of the visit starts with a list, not a round of phone calls. Each of the day’s patients shows a status your front desk can act on.
Status at a glance
Active, inactive, or needs a look. Your team sees which visits are ready and which need a call before the patient arrives.
The day’s visits, in order
Eligibility sits next to the chair and the time, in the portal your front desk already uses for approvals and callbacks.
Your team follows up
If a plan is inactive or needs a look, your front desk contacts the patient. Conversations about coverage stay with your team.
Coverage is a conversation for your team.
The check is for your staff. On the phone, the refusals that apply on every license still apply, and your practice can add more but never remove them.
Tell a caller what their plan covers
Not a percentage, a limit or a yes-or-no on a treatment. Coverage is explained by your team.
Quote a price you did not approve
Prices come only from your practice-approved price list, if you choose to share one.
File a claim
Insurance claims are not part of any Leady license.
Take a card payment
Leady never takes card payments on a call, on any license.
Part of Pro and DSO.
Insurance verification is coming to the Pro and DSO licenses. Beta practices test it first, and we open it to everyone only once it has been checked on real schedules.

Questions about insurance verification
See all questionsWill Leady tell my patients what their plan covers?
No, never. Leady captures the details and your team sees the eligibility result in the portal. Coverage questions are answered by your staff.
When is eligibility checked?
Before the appointment, so the result is ready when your front desk prepares for the day. The patient does not need to be on the phone.
What does Leady ask the caller?
The details your team needs to check eligibility, such as the plan name, the member ID and the subscriber. Your protocol sets exactly what is asked and when.
Where do the details go?
Into the patient’s record in your PMS and into the portal. Open Dental is integrated today; Dentrix, Eaglesoft and other systems are on the waitlist.
Is it available on Base?
Insurance verification is part of Pro and DSO, and it is coming. On every license, Leady can state your in-network list exactly as you typed it.
Does Leady file claims?
No. Insurance claims, collections and card payments are not part of any Leady license.
