Stories from our first practices. Written with them.
Our first stories are being written now. We're onboarding our first Open Dental practices, and when their stories are ready, and they've agreed to share them, they'll live here. Until then you won't find a logo, a quote or a number we don't have.
- 01The problemWhat was the front desk up against, and when?
- 02The onboardingHow the Digital Twin was built, and when the line forwards.
- 03The first 30 daysWhat the approvals queue looked like, week by week.
- 04What changedIn the practice's own numbers, from its own records.

Story template. No practice shown.
Five chapters, the same for every practice.
So you can compare one practice with another, and with your own. Each story follows a practice from its first call with us to its first month live.
- 01
The problem
What the front desk was up against: which hours, which calls, which parts of the day the phone went unanswered.
- 02
The onboarding
The one-hour online onboarding call, the Digital Twin it produced, when the practice chose to forward its line, and its booking mode.
- 03
The first 30 days
What reached the approvals queue, which holds were confirmed or declined, and which rules the practice changed in its twin.
- 04
What changed
Told with the practice's own figures from its own Open Dental and call log. If a number can't be checked, it isn't printed.
- 05
In their words
A quote only with written consent, and a name only if the practice chooses to give one.
A story is published when the practice says so.
Dentists have read enough vendor case studies with round numbers and no names. Ours follow three rules.
Real practices only
No composites, no personas, no stock photos standing in for a practice we don't have.
Their numbers, their consent
Every figure comes from the practice's own records, and the practice approves the full draft in writing before it goes up.
No patient in the story
Stories describe the practice's work. No patient names, no details from real calls.

Questions about customer stories
See all questionsWhy are there no customer stories yet?
Because our first practices are onboarding now. We would rather show you an honest empty page than an invented full one.
Can I talk to a practice that uses Leady?
Not yet. Once our beta practices are live, we will ask whether any are happy to speak with you, and introduce you only with their permission.
Will my practice be named if we join the beta?
Only if you choose. Joining the beta does not commit you to a story, a quote or a logo.
Do stories include patient information?
No. A story describes the practice’s work. It never names or describes a patient, and it never quotes a real call.
Who can join the beta?
Open Dental practices in Florida. Seats are limited, and every practice signs a BAA before any call is answered.
