Speed to leadCall back while they are still deciding.
When someone asks your practice to call them, from your website, Meta or Google forms, Leady will call as soon as the form arrives, within your calling hours, and book the visit your way.
Coming. Staged flow. Demo data, no real patient.
A new patient who fills in a form may be looking at other practices too.
The front desk sees the request between patients, and by then the moment may have passed. Leady will call first, in your practice’s name, while the request is fresh. It only calls people who asked, and your team stays in charge of every booking.
Your forms, your ads, one list.
Leady connects to the forms you already use. It does not run your ads or buy contacts: it answers the requests your practice has earned.
Your website form
A request from your own appointment form reaches Leady as soon as it is sent, together with what the person asked for.
Meta ad forms
When someone fills in the form on your Meta ad and asks to be called, the request arrives the same way. You keep running your own ads; we never manage them.
Google ad forms
Forms on your Google ads connect the same way, so every source lands in one list with the time it came in.
It follows your new-patient flow, not a generic script.
The call opens by saying who is calling and why, then runs the protocol you wrote with us at onboarding.
Your new-patient protocol
The call follows the flow written into your Digital Twin: which chair, how long a first visit is, what to ask, and what to hand to a person.
Books or holds the time
It offers a time your rules allow, in the right operatory, and books it with your booking mode: held for approval by default, or booked directly.
The same limits as inbound
No clinical advice, no quotes beyond your approved price list, and never what a plan covers. It names the insurers you work with exactly as you typed them.
Patient about the timing, strict about the limits.
Every attempt respects the window you set. When the attempts run out, a person takes over.
Inside your calling hours
A form sent at 10 PM is not called at 10 PM. Leady waits for your calling window and applies it in the person’s own time zone.
A limited number of tries
You set how many attempts and how far apart. Unanswered calls and machine answers cost no minutes.
Then it hands back
If nobody picks up, your team gets a callback task with the form details, so the request is never left sitting in an inbox.
Only people who asked to be called.
This is the line we hold on every campaign. Counsel reviews how consent is captured before speed to lead opens.
Only people who asked
Leady calls someone only when the form they sent asked to be called. There are no bought lists and no cold calls.
A record for each call
Each call keeps what the person agreed to, on which form and when, so you can show why they were called.
Stop means stop
Anyone who asks not to be called again is added to your do-not-call list, and every campaign checks it first.
Outbound is paid in prepaid minutes.
Outbound calling comes with the Pro and DSO licenses and runs on prepaid credits. You buy minutes in advance and spend them down. Only connected talk minutes are deducted: a call nobody answers, or one that reaches a machine and hangs up, costs nothing.

Questions about speed to lead
See all questionsIs speed to lead available today?
Not yet. It is coming, beta practices test it first, and it opens only after counsel has reviewed how consent is captured. Join the waitlist to hear when it opens.
How quickly does it call?
As soon as the form arrives, within your calling hours. A form sent overnight is called when your calling window opens, in the person’s own time zone.
Who will it call?
Only people who asked to be called on your website, Meta or Google form. It never calls a bought list, and a number on your do-not-call list is skipped.
Do you run our ads?
No. Your ads, budget and accounts stay yours. Leady calls the people who responded to them.
Will it book directly?
It uses your booking mode. The default holds the time in Open Dental for your front desk to confirm. "Book directly" needs written acceptance.
How is it paid?
Speed to lead is outbound calling, included in the Pro and DSO licenses and paid with prepaid credits, valid for 12 months. Only connected talk minutes count.
