Morning briefStart the day knowing what happened.
One page every morning: what was answered, what was booked or held, what needs you, and who to call back. Counts arrive by email; the details wait for you in the portal.
Coming. Sample practice. Demo data.
Written for the person who opens the practice, not about them.
The brief is a to-do list for the morning, not a scorecard. It shows what Leady did overnight and during busy hours, what is waiting for a decision, and nothing that belongs only in the patient’s record.
Last night and yesterday, on one page.
Everything Leady handled since your team last looked, grouped the way a front desk thinks about the day.
What was answered
How many calls Leady answered since you closed, and how each one reached it: after hours, on a busy line, or after the rings you set.
What was booked and held
Appointments booked directly, and holds waiting in Open Dental for your yes, each with its chair, provider and time.
Messages and callbacks
Messages Leady took and callbacks your team owes, including transfers during your hours that nobody could pick up.
It starts with what needs a person.
The first screen is the short list of decisions and callbacks. Everything else can wait until later.
Holds to confirm first
The brief opens with the bookings waiting for your team, so the first thing done at 8 AM is saying yes or no.
Callbacks with a reason
Each callback shows why the person called and when, in the portal, so the right person picks up the phone.
Transfers nobody caught
If a call was passed to your team and nobody answered, it is on the list, with the callback task already made.
Counts in your inbox. Names only in the portal.
Email is where patient data leaks. So the brief’s email never carries any.
No patient data in email
The email carries counts and a link. No names, phone numbers or reasons for calling ever travel by email.
Details behind sign-in
Names, times and transcripts open only in the portal, for the people you give a sign-in to.
You choose who gets it
Send it to the office manager, the owner dentist, the front desk, or all three. Change recipients whenever you like.
An estimate you can check.
If the brief shows a money figure, it says it is an estimate and shows exactly where the figure came from.
Your own values
You type the value you use for each appointment type at onboarding. Leady never reads your ledger or invents an average.
Only calls Leady handled
The estimate counts bookings and holds from calls Leady answered. It says nothing about calls it did not take.
Always labeled
The figure is marked as an estimate everywhere it appears, and shows the working behind it, so you can check it line by line.
Hear when the morning brief opens.
Leave a work email and we will write when it opens for more practices. Beta practices see it first.
Questions about the morning brief
See all questionsIs the morning brief available today?
Not yet. It is coming, and beta practices see it first. Today, the same information is in the portal: the approvals queue, messages and callbacks, and the call log.
What is in the email?
Counts and a link: how many calls were answered, booked, held and waiting for a callback. No names, phone numbers or reasons for calling.
Who can see the details?
The people you give a portal sign-in to, after they sign in. Separate permissions for each role are coming.
Where does the dollar estimate come from?
From the values your practice types for each appointment type, applied only to bookings from calls Leady handled. It is always labeled as an estimate, and it never reads your ledger.
Can I turn the email off?
Yes. You choose whether it is sent and who receives it. The brief stays in the portal either way.
