Single practice

One front desk. One phone line. One chair sitting empty.

Most practices run this way: one front desk, usually one person, who is with a patient exactly when the phone rings. The call that would have booked a new-patient exam, or a recall cleaning, or asked an insurance question, rings out instead — not because nobody wanted to answer it, but because nobody could.

Leady is built to sit behind that same front desk, at your one location, and pick up the calls your team cannot get to.

What it does at your location

  • Answers after hours, when your line is busy, or after the number of rings you choose — your setting, switched off by you at any time.
  • Checks your schedule chair by chair, not provider by provider, and offers a time your rules allow — the emergency slot you keep open, the next hygiene opening, whatever you have told it to offer.
  • Holds the appointment for your front desk to approve, the default, or books it directly if that is the dial you set.
  • Cannot double-book a chair, and not because it is careful: two appointments cannot land in the same operatory at the same time, because the database refuses to write the second one.
  • Transfers the call to your team, warm, during the hours you set — with a callback task if nobody picks up.
  • Writes a transcript and a communication-log entry for every call — the new-patient call, the insurance question, the after-hours message — searchable in your portal, not buried in a voicemail box.
  • Learns your practice before its first real call: a Digital Twin session, online, where we write your protocol with you — what it may offer, book and refuse — instead of running a script written for somebody else’s office.
  • Touches nothing until your Business Associate Agreement is signed. No practice data moves before that.

What a single practice asks

What happens when my front desk is with a patient and the phone rings?
Leady picks it up — after hours, on a busy line, or after the rings you set — and offers the next chair your rules allow. Nothing is confirmed until your team says so, unless you have chosen to let it book directly.
Will it book something my hygienist cannot fit?
It checks your schedule chair by chair before it offers a time, and it cannot double-book one: the database refuses to write a second appointment into the same operatory, the same guarantee a group running ten locations gets.
Do I have to change how my front desk runs the day?
No. You pick the dial — hold for front-desk approval, or book directly — and you can change it whenever you want. Your team still runs the practice; Leady only stops the phone from losing to a patient already in the chair.
Does it sound like my practice, or like a call centre?
It says what you decided it says. The Digital Twin session is where that gets written, before a single real call — what it may offer, what it may book, and what it refuses.
What if it is not for us?
Then you cancel. The exact terms — the refund window, what happens the day after, and what it costs to try — are on the pricing page, not buried in an agreement you read for the first time at signature.
